September 2016 to March 2017 (Rotation) and September 2017 to March 2019 (Deployment): Analog Applications Engineer for the High Power Drivers product line. Primarily focused on 600V half-bridge and dual-channel isolated drivers for DC/DC converters, motor drives, AC inverters, power factor correction, and other high voltage and high power system supplies. Responsibilities include: Correspond with global customers for high-priority questions and design debugging through web conferencing, email, and forum posts; Design and perform validation tests to verify datasheet parameters and system-level behavior using a combination of bench automation and manual testing; Generate technical marketing collateral for new products and new technologies, including datasheets, application reports, tech notes, and video lectures; Develop evaluation modules and internal testing PCBs using Altium; Support marketing with technical expertise during on-site customer visits.April to September, 2017: Analog Applications Engineer Rotation through the Clocks and Timing Solutions product line. Principally, responsibilities were similar to those outlined above, but with PLLs, integrated VCO PLLs, and mixers up to 20 GHz for test and measurement equipment, wireless communication, and radar applications.

Implement custom PLC/safety controller software for control of high-power electromechanical friction welders. Draft/verify schematics, establish temperature/pressure/rotational speed closed loop control, optimize cycle time. Implement custom automated solutions for weld flash removal. Conduct testing, evaluation, debug, and customer runoff.

Redesigned several synchronous step-down DC-DC converters for improved efficiency, RoHS compliance, cost/size reduction, increased temperature tolerance. Performed USB full speed compliance testing for network module. Worked with a team of interns to design a showcase of Rockwell components for career fairs.
