Guarantee the homogeneous use of internal IT tools. Participation in projects related to IT Strategy, IT Organization, IT Operating Model, ways of working, etc.Develop programs and plans for the improvement and control of IT activity within the organization. Prepare reports and dashboards. Preparation of reports for the Management Committee and other entities of the Aegon group. Collaborate, when necessary, in other management activities specific to the IT function: IT strategy, budget control and project monitoring, audits, third-party administration, coordination with other areas, etc.
