As a Senior Design Consultant, I lead the design of client engagements and deliverables—defining the vision and design direction of the work, directing and working alongside other designers, and helping manage executive-level client relationships. Select engagements (client names redacted):- For an online marketplace business that had recently IPO'd, I co-led the research and design of materials that defined leadership’s aspirations for their company’s culture and ways of working. I created materials for in-person executive team working sessions and delivered a kit of assets to launch, activate, and quantitatively measure the company’s culture transformation.- In the months after the height of the pandemic, and alongside colleagues from IDEO, I researched, designed, and tested in-store retail healthcare concepts and service design flows for a major U.S. pharmacy chain.- I co-led the design of materials and experiences that enabled the incoming CEO and her leadership team to craft a purpose, strategic vision, and brand direction a CPG high-growth startup that had recently IPO’ed. Our strategy and design work informed their subsequent full brand refresh.

I worked under the General Manager to drive business with high-impact displays, elevated styling & merchandising, and in-store & offsite events. I managed a team of three full-time Designers and the seasonal resourcing/budgeting. Additionally, I was a part of the Visual Store Opening teams for newly built Saks Fifth Avenue locations in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Toronto, Canada.
