Managed all aspects of the fundraising lifecycle from prospect to renewal:- Ran concurrent digital, telefunding, and direct mail fundraising appeals- Recruited over 1,000 new donors per year from a pool of over 20,000 leads- Organized donor events serving as many as 1,500 guests- Provided personalized customer service to Friends of SF Ballet donors Managed the Development Operations Team, created strategy and vision for the use of the Tessitura CRM within the Development Department and in tandem with other teams such as Ticketing, Marketing, and Finance. - Supervised Development database operations team including gift entry and revenue reporting employees - Working cross-departmentally, helped create the new Ballet website donation flow that increased new website donors from <200 in 2016 to more than 2,000 in 2017

- Solicited and stewarded Friends of Stern Grove Festival donors- Organized seating, hospitality, and guest check-in for all season performance events- Maintained Raiser's Edge database operations- Integrated new technologies and procedures into Stern Grove operations, including online event check-in, mobile donation collection, and gift entry naming conventions/standards

Planned and supported a variety of fundraising events, managed Tessitura database for the Symphony special events department, created and maintained volunteer training materials. Took the lead on planning the Symphony Volunteer Appreciation event.

Maintained Tessitura database of 40,000 accounts for Development Department, provided timely data entry and acknowledgment of all contributions, and produced revenue tracking reports, implemented a new sustainable electronic filing system
