As the Assistant General Manager at Jushi Holdings Inc., I oversee the daily operations and performance of one of the first adult-use cannabis locations in the Bloomington-Normal area. I have been working in the cannabis industry for three years, and I have a passion for providing safe, quality, and accessible products to our customers and communities.My core competencies include inventory management, customer-focused service, and inventory system. I have helped manage, run, and open the store, ensuring compliance with state regulations, optimizing product selection and availability, and delivering exceptional customer experience. I also mentor and train the staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Jushi Holdings Inc. and the cannabis industry as a whole.
