o Investigating and adjudicating Life and Disability insurance claimso Reviewing information provided to include medical documentation, employment information and overall eligibilityo Working with up to 100 different clients with regards to assigned, ongoing claims and initiating new claimso Fast and busy workplace with a team and solo working environmento Determining treatment plan outlines for clients and referring them to the relevant healthcare professionals to aid in their return to work

o Investigation and resolution to fraud and dispute caseso Raising chargebacks on both dispute and fraud transactionso Identifying and preventing fraud on client accountso Working with external fraud investigation teams and business merchants associated with caseso Analyzing fraud cases with the teams’ criteria and deciding the appropriate outcome
