I design and oversee a wide range of recreational and social activities for the members of our Country Club while managing the community’s Auditorium and Activity Center. My primary objectives are to generate revenue across multiple departments through concerts, special events, and travel, all while providing exceptional hospitality to our residents. In this capacity, I directly supervise over fifteen employees and volunteers and meticulously forecast the department’s budget to ensure the optimal use of resources. This often includes the recruitment of paid and in-kind sponsorships, as well as negotiating and managing high-value contracts with vendors and entertainers. Additionally, I contribute monthly editorials to the club’s magazine and social media platforms and create various marketing materials for my department. My dedication and achievements have been recognized with three promotions within my first six years of employment. Although I was laid off in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was invited back in May 2023 with another promotion.
