Coordinated 20+ therapists’ daily schedules in order to simplify each therapist’s workload and organize client software program. Became familiar with HIPAA regulations and trusted with filing client paperwork and communicating with external providers.

Formerly known as Knoxville Tickets, this was the operating online service operated by Thompson-Boling Area (Food City Center) at the University of Tennessee. Worked the phone line and the Arena Management line daily. I also worked out front in the box office communicating and selling directly, face-to-face with customers as they walked up to purchase tickets. Additionally, for events, I worked up front either at Will-Call or selling tickets for the show. I have worked a variety of events including but not limited to: Monster Jam, Chris Young, Maroon 5, Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line and the Shrine Circus.

Held a weekly meetings for middle and high school students, participated in and directed Sunday School weekly, and planned social events throughout the year.
