I am responsible for the development and management of Napa Valley Grapegrower and Farmworker Foundation annual educational programs that support the professional development of Napa’s farmworkers and the preservation of agriculture in Napa Valley.

I developed and executed marketing initiatives to drive tourism to the Napa Valley. I worked with the organization’s departments including marketing, sales, public relations, community relations, partnership and the Welcome Center to ensure all channels align with brand standards and were running effective marketing campaigns for each target audience. Some of my tasks include:- Execute marketing plans and partnerships; and identify and develop new opportunities that address strategic goals- Manage all agencies on retainer and ensure delivery of all commitments- Collate, publish and present on key campaign results and maintain $1M media budget- Lead the marketing team’s consumer campaigns including, website, email, social media and collateral- Act as in-house editor of the annual Napa Valley Visitor Magazine and develop distribution plan with a circulation of more than 70,000.- Coordinated multiple multi-day photography and videography production shoots for national advertising, published magazines and promotions.

I managed the marketing plans for all brands within the Collection, including a curated selection of boutique wines, one-of-a-kind objects d’art, and lifestyle experiences in the Napa Valley, Argentina and beyond.- Project managed marketing initiatives for the consumer, trade and media- Acted as public relations point-of-contact and fostered brand loyalty- Coordinated production samples sent, press events and tailored pitches to appropriate outlets- Produced and maintained promotional collateral, website content, social media accounts and point-of-sale advertising

I grew within a small organization from Assistant to Project Manager, working with wine industry leaders and the community to advance the heritage and reputation of the Napa Valley appellation.- Collaborated with Program Director in the planning and execution of over 30 events and educational seminars annually- Prepared a variety of publications, emails, website content and managed all social media accounts- Coordinated all advertising sales for quarterly newsletter and supported event sponsorship outreach

The Sara Lee Corporation is a global manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, brand-name products for consumers throughout the world.Located in the Sacramento branch, I managed personnel and employment activities, served as a resource to the Director and Assistant Directors, assisted in organizational and employee development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, recruiting, administration and other human resources functions.
