• Assists with the management and coordination of events both on and off campus for GS Student Life, the Office of the Dean, the Dean of Students Office, Postbac Premedical Office, GS Academic Affairs, and all other offices and departments at the school.• Serves on the GS Events team and collaborates with offices throughout the University on the execution of New Student Orientation, GS Class Day, and all Academic Award Ceremonies.• Supports the planning and implementation of all events, including coordinating with vendors, reviewing contracts, overseeing catering, processing payments, and managing registration.• Manages a timely payment process for all accounts overseen by GS Student Life. Including managing the order, payment, and reconciliation process for purchases.• Maintains budget tracking spreadsheets to track all expenses across multiple accounts under GS Student Life. • Manages the GS Student Lounge, administrative spaces, and office calendars for GS Student Life.• Responds to student inquiries across various teams including, GS Student Life, GS Graduation, GS Orientation, and GS Events.• Greets all students and visitors who come to the Student Life Office and provides them service in responding to their requests and inquiries.

Live with and oversee 20 residents of the Delta Zeta sorority house at Rollins College. Work to promote community building among residents while also upholding community standards. Plan and execute floor events for residents and wellness series events for the chapter as a whole. Respond to policy violations or incidents and complete administrative duties such as maintenance requests.

Mentor for incoming transfer students at Rollins College. Assigned to a transfer conference course and tasked with helping 23 students acclimate to Rollins both academically and socially as well as plan events and act as a resource for said students. Through this role, I have worked for the Residential Life and Explorations office at Rollins College as well as worked closely with various other organizations on campus.

Assisted with various administrative tasks. Worked closely with members of committees and the executive board to help execute and finalize powerpoint presentations to be shared with League of Women Voters members. Completed inventory of all archived documents. Attended weekly staff meetings where I collaborated on fundraising and voter mobilization projects. Helped execute the 38th Biennial Convention for the League of Women Voters.

Mentor for incoming freshmen at Rollins College. Assigned to a freshmen class and tasked with helping 19 students acclimate to Rollins both academically and socially as well as plan events and act as a resource for said students. Through this role, I have worked for the Residential Life and Explorations office at Rollins College as well as worked closely with various other organizations on campus.

I organized social events for my sorority Delta Zeta from start to finish. This includes planning venues, catering, entertainment, etc. I planned, scheduled, and oversaw all of the social events for the semester. I was in charge of the finances, having to ensure that all vendors were paid and all contracts were followed through. I followed and enforced all risk management policies of the Chapter, Sorority, and University by safeguarding the chapter, its members, and guests from violations of policies while ensuring the appropriate image of the Sorority was displayed at all times.
