Based upon proven leadership skills, I was chosen to be a part of the first round of the Guardian initiative for The VOID; Guardians will be deployed to new locations around the world to train General Managers & Team Leads and to facilitate the training of all team members as well as assisting with rolling out new products & experiences at these locations.Deployments include: Atlanta (July 2019)

As a statused team lead at The Void, my responsibilities include acting as the manager on duty on a daily basis. As a team lead I am responsible for the day-to-day operation of a high volume attraction on Walt Disney World property, including supervising, coaching and disciplining staff, cash handling, daily & weekly bank deposits, guest recovery, operational troubleshooting, record keeping & data entry, inventory management & ordering, key holding, and guest communication in person as well as through phone calls and emails.In addition to my daily duties, I have also been trusted with high level projects for our location, including but not limited to implementing our group bookings and events protocol for groups of 12+ guests as well as organizing and coordinating high volume events of 100+ guests.

Disney'S Animal Kingdom Lodge

Job responsibilities included full training in front desk, lobby concierge, and club concierge roles, including all arrival procedures, guest billing, cash handling and currency exchange, technology problem solving, and full concierge services including ticket sales and booking dining & recreation on and off of Disney property, conflict resolution and guest recovery, as well as thorough Orlando area knowledge. Club concierge & concierge lounge roles also included food handling and tableside service, responsible beverage vending training, further concierge services for VIP guests, and partnering with other teams across the WDW Resort as well as off property service companies.

Disney'S Contemporary Resort

Job responsibilities included coordinating and supervising the movement of bellmen and luggage throughout the resort, working with guests to solve luggage & travel related issues, full understanding & daily use of Maximo, TAG, and LILO, general guest service, general resort & area knowledge, coordination with outside vendors, and more.

Job responsibilities included using professional camera equipment and advanced technology and software, knowing the background of the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, interacting with & assisting guests, using the Four Service Basics, and more.

Job responsibilities included learning and using the ride operations system at a high-volume thrill ride, knowledge of important safety procedures at a high-volume thrill ride, interacting with & assisting guests, using the Four Service Basics, knowing the background of the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Dinoland USA, and more.
