Project Manager
Current- Collaborates with the leadership team on high-value projects to drive process improvement and growth.
- Defines success across projects and work with teams to track tasks and deliverables.
- Facilitates project meetings with a focus on status reporting, problem resolution and feedback. Manages meeting agendas and summarizes assigned action items for follow-up.
- Fosters open communication among the team throughout project planning and execution.
- Communicates project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Creates and maintains easy-to-consume visuals of the project plan, status and dependencies.
