Panhandle Representative

-Represent the Jacksonville Jaguars in a passionate and professional manner at local and regional events (e.g., festivals, concerts, runs, and other special events)-Support database collection efforts at assigned events -Engage with fans in a positive manner as a brand ambassador to provide pertinent information and answer questions-Distribute collateral and promotional/giveaway items from the mobile promotional vehicle (Prowler) at various events, and all Jaguars home games played at TIAA Bank Field-Operate and maintain promotional equipment including mobile promotional vehicle (Prowler), inflatables, sales tables, and other set-up elements-Set up, execute, and tear down all interactive elements within the Fan Entertainment Zone at all Jaguars home games played at TIAA Bank Field-Assist in executing Jaguars Legends and cheerleaders autograph sessions and activate assigned stations in the Fan Entertainment Zone (e.g., Football Toss, Obstacle Courses, Photo Ops, Passport, etc…) on game days

- Oversaw and managed all Executive Agency operations, including Executive Directors, Coordinators, and staff- Coordinated Executive Cabinet and staff projects and operations, managing a $6.2 million budget- Served on the Board of Trustees for UNF's Museum of Contemporary Art- Created a new agency, Osprey Student Conduct Advisors (OSCA), to help students navigate the Code of Conduct- Achieved record-breaking numbers for the Osprey Involvement Center (OIC) agency, with over 200 registered student organizations (clubs) on campus- The Lend-A-Wing Food Pantry agency saw over 10,000 student visits and received & donated 90,939 items from April 2023 to January 2024- Helped coordinate the first-ever Student Government comedy show featuring Eric Andre- Collaborated with the Jacksonville Jaguars to sell out three sections of the stadium to UNF students at a discounted rate, creating a dedicated UNF student section- Represented multiple committees and councils, including the RecWell Advisory Board, Student Traditions Committee, Homecoming Committee, Safe Ospreys Committee, Safety Council, Intercollegiate Athletics Council, and Student Union Advisory Council

-Chaired the Rules and Oversight Committee-Advised Legislative Branch members on Title and Constitution-Educated Legislative Branch members on Robert's Rules and the Sunshine Law-Authored multiple pieces of legislation-Created and oversaw the mentorship program-Coordinated a University Wide Car Shaming event for finals week

-Oversaw and advised the legislative branch on fiscal legislation.-Managed, monitored, and allocated $50K in grants to students and $150K in special requests-Scheduled meeting for FY 22-23 budget of $5.4 Million to be passed by the Senate

-Communicated with and served as liaison between campus organizations, Panhellenic officials, campus administrators, five other Panhellenic chapters, advisory and International headquarters support-Completed internal and external financial and membership data reports for review by international headquarters-Oversaw and provided strategic support to six departments, vice presidents, and all officers in departments-Planning and facilitating weekly meetings-Maintaining high retention of members -Upholding the image of the organization -Attending and applying training -Speaking on behalf of the Iota Psi Chapter-Oversee and manage a Chapter Budget-Served on the Judicial Board

-Provided strategic financial guidance to the Executive Board, ensuring sound financial decision-making-Developed and managed the comprehensive budget for the fiscal year 2022-2023, optimizing resource allocation and financial sustainability-Proactively sought out and secured scholarship opportunities for members, fostering academic and personal growth

-Implemented academic support programs, improving overall GPA and performance-Coordinated tutoring sessions, study groups, and academic workshops-Developed relationships with university resources for additional support-Organized events to celebrate academic achievements-Provided personalized academic advising and mentorship-Analyzed performance data to identify trends and strategies for improvement
