As an educational development professional, I'm passionate about promoting and supporting excellence and innovation in teaching and learning. With extensive experience in technology-enhanced learning, I lead a team of Instructional Designers at Keypath Education in developing online courses for partner institutions around the world.In my work, I prioritise effective organisational and staff development, taking a people approach to help colleagues and institutions reflect on their existing teaching and learning practices and identify new opportunities for growth. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with partners to help them achieve their strategic goals and expectations.I am passionate about the psychology of development and learning and how it can inform effective teaching and learning practices. As part of my MSc in E-Learning with the University of Edinburgh, I conducted research into staff attitudes towards e-learning, which has informed my practice in instructional design. I continued to pursue this interest through an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Leicester, exploring effective approaches to organisational development. This background has provided me with a deep understanding of the importance of human-centered approaches to learning and development, and how to create effective partnerships between institutions and individuals to achieve their strategic goals.
