Plan and facilitate workshops with other facilitators for student and professional groups using experiential education techniques. Foster an environment of open communication, accommodation, and acceptance.

Foster growth of campers age 5-14 through goal setting and community building. Collaborate with other staff to plan unique, exciting, and safe activities and themed days. Facilitate groups of campers age 5-16 on high and low ropes courses and rock wall.

Observed and adjusted to group dynamics within cabins belonging to experienced staff and planned “takeover days” of cabins. Worked with fellow Leadership Trainees and kitchen staff to run meals efficiently. Attended total of six off-season training events.
