As the Managing Attorney for GSK's Global External Legal Relations Team (GELRT), an arm of GSK's Dispute Resolution and Prevention Group, I was responsible for negotiating and drafting value-based Alternative Fee Agreements with GSK's outside counsel in furtherance of GELRT's mission to significantly reduce GSK's external spend while ensuring continued excellent legal representation.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, I handled a broad range of complex commercial and business litigation matters, which included restrictive covenants, commercial real estate, fiduciary duty and corporate governance, employment, products liability, and construction defect matters. Further, I litigated and negotiated disputes over estate administration, will contests, guardianships, and actions regarding powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, and trusts. My advocacy and courtroom experience included serving as lead counsel responsible for managing trial strategy, researching, writing, and arguing motions, preparing witnesses for trial and deposition testimony, appearing for settlement conferences and mediations, and leading discovery efforts by propounding and responding to written interrogatories and document requests, third party subpoenas, and managing large-scale document review projects.
