As the Managing Attorney for GSK's Global External Legal Relations Team (GELRT), an arm of GSK's Dispute Resolution and Prevention Group, I was responsible for negotiating and drafting value-based Alternative Fee Agreements with GSK's outside counsel in furtherance of GELRT's mission to significantly reduce GSK's external spend while ensuring continued.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, I handled a broad range of complex commercial and business litigation matters, which included restrictive covenants, commercial real estate, fiduciary duty and corporate governance, employment, products liability, and construction defect matters. Further, I litigated and negotiated disputes over estate.
