Customer and partner training were responsible for the development and delivery of learning solutions to Nokia Networks customers and partners globally.As the eLearning Development Manager, I was required to seek out and research new initiatives in eLearning, define new learning products to meet current and future needs of Nokia’s customers and create the learning product leading to its implementation globally.

As the eLearning Product Manager for customer and partner training globally I was responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of eLearning courseware across numerous technology product lines.This role also involved creating high level instructional design specifications and vendor negotiation and procurement.

The New Learning Solutions team was created to research, recommend and support new learning initiatives globally in Nokia. In this team I assisted in a variety of tasks during the implementation of the Nokia wide eLearning environment.In particular, I worked with the team to establish and deploy the eLearning product creation process, emphasizing the project management of vendors in the development of eLearning courseware.

As a technical trainer for Nokia it was my primary responsibility to deliver high quality training courses and services in my competence area. This included the preparation and delivery of theoretical and practical GSM switching platform courses in accordance with the requirements of the customer.In this role I delivered training to customers in the Asia Pacific region as well as Europe.
