Sue Enright is the Senior Director of Development for Genesys Works Chicago. Genesys Works’(GW) mission is to provide career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. GW invests in Chicago communities by investing in the people that live there to become economically self-sufficient in a professional career by age 25. Genesys Works provides a 6-year relationship with individuals, beginning with their high school senior year. "Young Professionals" are given an opportunity and training for a 10-month paid internship in technology and accounting, counseling for college and career success, and support during their journey to achieving their dream of joining the economic mainstream. Likewise, GW benefits many corporate partners by providing a tech-savvy, diverse, talent pipeline.
