As an Executive Search Consultant, I work directly with churches, schools, universities, non-profits, and family businesses guiding them through Vanderbloemen's extensive search process to find the right staff for their culture. Responsible for the operations, logistics, project management and educational support activities for all Children’s Ministries at six separate campuses within a 73,000 member church. The Children’s Ministry and associated activities have grown more than 7% annually while the Church in whole grew a more than 6% annually.Led a multidisciplinary team of 10 direct reports and a team of more than 85 paid professionals with an annual budget of $1.25 MM in support of planning and executing greater than 50 major annual and numerous weekly programs for more than 1,300 children up through and including professional adults.Supervised six separate campuses and oversaw a team of 50 full time direct reports. Responsible for planning, directing and executing all major annual events that included events for up to 10,000+ attendees. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring summer interns through college campus visits across the nation. Through this internship program, interviewing and hiring full time employees. Oversaw and ran multiple social media accounts and content for over 4 years. Led a team that communicated effectively and clearly messages through daily postings. Prepared and effectively delivered more than 500 presentations and speeches during daily, weekly and annual events with client audiences ranging from 10 to more than 1,000 ranging from children, teenagers and professional adults. The Childrens Ministry and associated activities have grown more than 8% annually while the Church in whole grew a little more than 3% annually. · Led planning team for 10 separate mission trips to Central America in support of the Churchs outreach to third world countries with a focus on improving health care, education, housing and ministering. Groups ranged from 10 to more than 60 volunteers and missions lasted 5 days to 2 weeks while self-providing all lodging, transportation, meals, materials, and life-support supplies. · Recognized as an emerging leader and promoted to Director of Childrens Ministries ahead of peers after only two years with the Church.

· Served as both COO and acting president during owner's extended absences. · Developed and oversaw an annual internal operating budget of $1.2MM while achieving gross revenues exceeding $4MM and implemented marketing initiatives resulted in a largest single contract in the companys history and improved annual revenue by more than 20% from the previous year. · Prepared, negotiated, signed, and successfully fulfilled high profile contract worth more than $1.4MM with Texas A&M University to provide all food and drink catering services to the 68 luxury suites at Kyle Field for both pre-season and regular-season football games. · Directed all planning, and coordination and flawlessly conducted zero-defect events for multi-million dollar clients including Ferrari of Houston & Dallas, the Hall Family of Hallmark Cards Inc., The George H. W. Bush Library, Texas A&M University, McDonald’s, Allstate, Red McCombs, and Heisman Trophy winner John David Crow and family. Personally recognized by George H. W. and Barbara Bush as providing excellent customer service while seamlessly addressing varying client requests.

· Managed more than 40% of a 1.2MM annual operating budget with a focus on catering for and maintaining a 325 acre, 32 building, multi-event and retreat center that conducted more than 350 unique events annually. · Oversaw development, planning and execution of largest contracts including groups over 500 for companies such as HP, First Baptist Houston, Second Baptist Houston, Woodlands Church, Lakewood Church, Houston ISD, and Administaff which accounted for almost 80% of the total annual revenue. · Recruited, interviewed, hired, trained and supervised a staff of more than 100 including 40 full time positions and 60 or more seasonal positions.

· Planned and implemented 5 to 15 catered events daily, 7 days a week including most holidays. · Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised full time and seasonal catering staff of 75 to 100 that supported more than 800 events annually. · Developed business first supply chain and inventory management system still in use today to manage all food, drink, materials and other business operating supplies saving the company more than 10% in spoilage and better cash flow management.

· Trained all new kitchen employees, assistant managers, managers and proprietors in applicable company, state and federal laws in operating and maintaining a licensed eating establishment with a focus on food quality, portion control, preparation, cleanliness and documentation. · Assisted with opening 4 new franchises in three states culminating in a 6 week pre and post opening day training and qualification period for the store management, cook and cleaning staff. · Trained first international proprietor of the Mexico City franchise while overcoming cultural and language differences. Set standard for such international training that ultimately led to 6 franchises in Mexico along with franchises in 20 other countries.
