CurrentAs a senior member of the server team; responsible for maintaining technology infrastructure including Windows, Linux, VMWare, Citrix, and UPS. Perform in-depth forensics on HP ProLiant class hardware.Responsible for managing 160 ESXi Hosts running 800 Virtual Machines across multiple VMWare Data Centers for E & J Gallo Winery. Encompasses monitoring and analyzing host resources, tasks and events, alarms and hardware status. Conduct quarterly maintenance for ESXi Hosts on HP ProLiant Hardware (DL360, 380, 385; Gen. 7 thru 9).Responsible for managing transition to offshore account. Refine existing documentation to support offshore resources.Supervise the deployment of 300 APC UPS equipment within the Winery. Responsible for coordinating efforts with the Customer Advisory Board to minimize complications. Scheduling afterhours maintenance of business-critical systems. Ensuring end-to-end communication with onsite maintenance.Advise customers regarding maintenance of diverse production software systems.Manage E & J Gallo Winery Harvest GradeStar Support and Refresh – Seasonal harvest setup, support, documentation of network topology and replacement of retired equipment. Augment server environment (OS and GradeStar Application), support onsite venders.Perform day-to-day duty management of the following –Service Now ticketing system, ensuring incidents are addressed and/or resolved meeting target SLA’s.Manage projects within scopes predefined by E & J Gallo Departments.Respond to system outages and helpdesk escalations.Monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications.Effective project management and multitasking to ensure plan(s) is completed in a timely fashion.
