In this capacity, he develops leaders and company culture, working closely with the Corporate Administrative, Human Resources, and Operations teams to ensure the implementation of industry-leading standards.Clark's professional background is marked by extensive experience in education and school administration, as well as in publishing and professional development. He spent nearly two decades as a Master Trainer for Responsibility-Centered Leadership and Responsibility-Centered Discipline, where he was instrumental in both the development and dissemination of these programs and their associated training materials. His leadership roles include serving as Superintendent of a progressive private school and as principal at both the middle and high school levels.Beyond his administrative expertise, Clark is an accomplished publisher and illustrator. Prior to his current role at JRI Hospitality, he successfully owned, managed, and published a prominent family-oriented magazine in the Midwest.
