CurrentCurrently managing a west coast territory of 250 accounts selling 18,000 different office products/equipment and specializing in toner/ink/multi-function machines Calling and emailing current customers as well as old customers who have not bought from us in quite some time with marketing campaigns to drive sales Cold calling businesses off of the GSA Advantage website to get them to open an account with our company Consulting customers with recommendations on how to help increase their sales as well as which demographic sector to target based on the product Provided customers with a pitch for a product of their choosing Upselling additional products to customers such as toner/ink/office equipment/data storage Answering technical questions about printers/copiers/MFP’s as well as toner cartridges Identifying problems and providing solutions for fixing them Helping customers win government/education bids with special pricing Consistently met sales quota Provided sales/support for customers on Canon Wide Format plotters/supplies
