Our lives are composed simply of where and how we spend our time. And, compelled by necessity or desire, we spend significant amounts of our time at work. Too often, however, the organizations we work in are less than satisfying, sometimes far less. We fail to experience the fulfillment, success and joy we seek personally, professionally and for the organizations we sacrifice for and contribute to. I believe it is possible to create organizations where people look forward to showing up and where they willingly give more because in return they are stretched and filled personally and professionally, and they see the results of their efforts in the success of the business. At Navalent, we partner with leaders to generate a deep, holistic understanding of their organizations, and identify the individual, team and enterprise impediments to success. Armed with such insights and our methods, we work with leaders to redesign their realities and create better solutions, and in the process of the organizational transformation, they are also individually transformed. They are better able to see new possibilities and understand the impact of their leadership on others. Witnessing the simultaneous transformation of organization, teams and individuals is my greatest satisfaction. That is why I choose to do this work.
