Joined as Quantity Surveyor/ Contracts Administrator, eventually acting as Commercial/ Contracts Manager on those projects that were most successful in Decmil's history (Pluto LNG, $345m value & QCLNG, $250m value). Won the inaugural company wide Client Relationships Excellence Award out of a business of >500 people for efforts on the Pluto LNG Project. Acted as Contractor Representative and responsible for close out on multiple projects, often concurrently.

QS on Doonbeg Golf Club residential development, and Aughinish Laboratory Refurbishment. PM on Inch Bridge Road Realignment. Assisted on multiple pre-contract tendering and bid preparation tasks.

Italy

Member of an international Commercial Team that prepared a Request for Equitable Adjustment claim to the US Airforce, for works on the Aviano Airbase development works.
