CurrentDeveloping the role of research in the organization to improve strategic and marketing decisions. Regularly engaging with organization executives and variety of departments to construct on-going research programs, tools, and ad-hoc studies to serve diverse needs.Key projects include:Authoring an internal white-paper containing an audit of key organizational metrics and outlining new and improved metrics. Introducing data visualization software (Tableau) to organization to mine CRM data and identify unique sales opportunities; developed multiple interactive dashboards. Coordinated support from and led adoption of refined model for estimating economic impact for multiple organizations including state-level department of economic development, local convention center, local sports commission and event clients. Developed forecasting model for revenue for next 12-months utilizing multiple data sources and statistical techniques.
