I have been generating construction drawings for almost 15 years. I have done many custom home designs in my time as a Design Draftsman. As well as commercial building design, office build out design, home additions, boat dock design, garage/carport additions, sea-walls, gazebos, etc. I can provide full construction documents, signed and sealed by an engineer in less time than most draftsmen in my area. My company also provides full color 3D renderings of your new structure before you ever break ground. This gives my clients the ability to make the necessary changes to their design on paper for dollars, rather than in the field costing thousands. I provide free in office consultations. I am the CAD Drafting Department Manager for Cool and Cobb Engineering Company. I am responsible for all the Architectural Drafting and Design drawings. I'm responsible for putting together construction drawings for new homes, additions, boat docks, garages, carports, etc. Anything you would need a building permit to build, I can provide engineered drawings for. I also provide civil drafting services as well. Parking lot layouts, water flow/runoff etc. I have been drafting for 11 years now and have provided drawings for all types of structures thru out those years. Custom design homes, ranging from 1,000 square feet all the way up to 13,000 square feet. Custom boat docks that range from 500 square feet up to 3,500 square feet. I have commercial building design experience, office build out experience, as well as parking lot and water flow design skills. I can also provide 3D renderings and walk through tours of my clients home or building during the design stage. This provides my clients the ability to see what their new home or building will look like, prior to ever breaking ground. I truly love what I do.
