• Manage real estate and negotiate office leases; including opening, terminating, and renewing leases for all United States offices.
• Collaborate with Executive management to project space and equipment requirements based on current headcount and future growth.
• Provide on-site project management for all new locations, and renovations to existing locations, from pre-move planning through the post-move punch lists.
• Collaborate with I.T. department and outside vendors to ensure workplace meets requirements of Executive Management and employees.
• Manage daily facility related service vendors (Cleaning, HVAC, UPS, Cable TV, Security, and Vending).
• Perform Security Management role according to Audit requirements, which includes prompt badge activation and termination.
