Eric is the Private Equity Services Practice Leader for Elliott Davis, LLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast which ranks among the Top 50 firms in the United States. As the practice leader, Eric is responsible for leading and coordinating the Firm’s multiple service lines to provide private equity clients and their related portfolio companies a full range of services to meet their needs. The Firm’s services include, audit, tax, transaction advisory services, consulting and private equity fund services. Eric’s background includes working in the Firm’s transaction advisory services group performing financial due diligence, focusing on buy-side and sell-side assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine debt funds, and strategic buyers who are planning to enter into transactions involving businesses with $5 million > $100 million in revenue and $1 million > $15 million in EBITDA.Eric also works in the Firm’s assurance practice providing assurance and advisory services to his private equity clients.Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Clemson University, where he also played on the Clemson Men’s tennis team for four years.
