Reconnaissance Marines are responsible for operating independently behind enemy lines performing unconventional special operations, in support of conventional warfare. The unit's various methods of airborne, heliborne, submarine and waterborne insertions and extractions are similar to those of the Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets, and Air Force Combat Controllers, although Force Recon's missions and tasks differ slightly with a focus on primarily supporting Marine expeditionary and amphibious operations.

Microsoft Software & Systems Academy is an 18-week technical academy developed by Microsoft, designed to streamline the knowledge and skills necessary to support the growing needs of the IT industry. The program leverages college accredited courses and the goal of preparing transitioning service members for technical opportunities at Microsoft and their enterprise partners.• Developed enterprise infrastructure, implementing new technologies to improve systems and better serve customers.• Installed/configured Windows Server 2016 and administered virtual and hybrid environments.• Managed Active Directory, implementing group policy, access control, and principle of least privilege to effectively organize and secure an enterprise network.• Engineered and administered an advanced server infrastructure in traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments.• Developed PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, increasing efficiency and mitigating human error.

Managed 12+ supervisors, and 3+ medical personnel, instructing and training 100+ individuals during my time as the Pre-Dive School Manager for 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion. I was responsible for the coordination and execution of all training events, support roles, and safety considerations for the program. Reported directly to senior level management on all things related to the program.

Supervised 15+ staff and managed $1M+ of classified electronics and weapons while planning and conducting 1K+ hours of training in preparation for global operations supporting 30,000+ cross-functional 3RD Marine Division staff.

Ophthalmic medical personnel (OMPs) do tasks that the eye doctor can delegate to others. Mostly, they are information gatherers and facilitators. They do measurements and tests that provide the doctor with the information needed to arrive at a diagnosis and to prescribe treatment. They also assiist with documentation and patient services. Some ophthalmic medical personnel (OMP) assist with surgical procedures.
