I have over 30 years experience in capital markets primarily in Public Finance, Corporate Finance and Asset Management. I have served as Senior Banker on over 100 municipal debt transactions totaling over $20 billion in principal amount including public private partnership for housing, transportation, museums and community development. My experience includes corporate debt, equity, preferred, structured finance and asset securitization issues. Previously, I served for 15 years as President and CEO of SBK Brooks Investment Corp., a leading regional investment banking firm; and Senior Investment director in the Bond Investment Department of Aetna Life & Casualty where I managed fixed income private placements for 8 years. I am currently, or have been a Board Member of: the Renaissance Alliance (a Chicago community development corporation) the Metro Hospital Foundation (Cleveland), Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education, Presidents Council, Cleveland Film Commission, etc. Former Adjunct Economics Professor at Cleveland State Univ. I hold a BS degree in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and an MS in Management from the Hult International Business School (Arthur D. Little School of Management). My licenses include the Series 7, 63, 24, 50, 53, and 79.
