I’m involved in product development from raw materials to finished goods, overseeing various process development aspects like turning, machining, forging, stamping, die casting, plastic injection, rubber molding, metal extrusion, rod grinding, disc grinding, Metal MIN, Metal PM, composite sinter material, PTFE applications, thermal spraying, finish development (painting, coating, PVD, plating, pad printing, laser etching, and water decal), and Carbon forming, among others.New skill:motor design, using Ansys Motor-Cad and Maxwell for bike mid-motor and solenoid design. I’ve previously managed the Quality Management System (QMS) for RD development, allowing me to enhance collaboration with internal departments and the supplier chain.I frequently use CATIA and Creo for 3D design, including creating demo kits, fixture design, tooling design, and product design.Exploring new technologies and integrating them into existing processes is something I find enjoyable.I’ve also implemented assembly lines with Poka Yoke, which is the method I employ in product development.Additionally, conducting marketing surveys is crucial before selecting technology. This ensures that tech options also influence the choice of suppliers and processes.
