• Provide clinical go-live nurse/provider support in the use of Epic Ambulatory. • Provide application and workflow technical guidance and implementation assistance.

• I provided training and support to Ambulatory Service Providers (ASP), and 10 Mary Bridge Clinics as an Epic Ambulatory Trainer. • I designed and created training materials, provided training in the classroom and onsite support for new Epic users. • I built smart tools for providers and clinics staff as needed. • I assisted with the successful implementation of a new ASP, defining workflow in transition to EPIC. • I am currently assigned to the ASAP ED Build Team, assisting in the build for Epic ED/Inpatient Implementation of Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE). • I assisted with the build for ED Scribes utilization in the Emergency Department. • I provide 24/7 on call coverage as required for production, downtimes and upgrades. • Currently providing support for the successful implementation of CPOE at 3 acute care hospitals and their emergency departments. • Successfully lead the ED ASAP team during Workflow/Follow Thru Awarded Star of the Week for successful lead of the ASAP Team Go to person for DBV of Smart Tools, and Ordersets
