I run the embroidery machines and sew all of the daily orders. I also help assist the front person with customers and answering phones. I help take orders and give estimates on personalized orders. I also help the other departments as needed.

I worked as a JCA (Junior Clinic Administrator). I dealt with client issues and account issues. I opened and closed the clinic, make bank deposits, helped with inventory, sell memberships, and maintain great customer service in undesirable situations. I helped make the schedule and handle issues throughout the clinic. I wrote and sent letters to clients on a daily basis.
