- DC/S-parameter characterization and modeling of InP DHBT epitaxial experiments (published)- Extracted compact model for a high FT/FMAX InP DHBT process, using Keysight HBT model in IC-CAP and fitting to DC, S-parameter, and X-parameter data across temperature and device dimensions- Augmented the Keysight HBT scaling model to more accurately account for extrinsic capacitance scaling- Designed a 26 GHz tunable IQ modulator IC using ADS for schematic design and layout. Later tested and redesigned at UIUC.
