A change of pace and a new challenge

I am responsible for the 4 wall experience inside the flagship store next to Best Buy's corporate office. This includes YoY growth in revenue, margin and in NOP. Last quarter I helped lead the store to exceed our expectations and growth in all areas. I am also responsible for the customer experience in every aspect from store pickup, Geek Squad as well as the core shopping experience. This is done by constant coaching and training of the employees as well as development of our future leaders.

In charge of total store services for the Geek Squad in the flagship Best Buy store next to the corporate office. A primary focus has been on the client experience where we have maintained a district leading average for the last 4 months. We have also focused on growth strategies within our Renew Revenue and have continued to exceed our goals while being ranked within the top 300 stores in the company for the past 5 months.

Being a General Manager for a Magnolia Design Center we have to build our business by providing service that exceeds the client's expectations. This is done by managing a group of commissioned System Designers that are continually thinking outside of the box for people to show them what is possible within the audio and video industry. We are constantly surrounded by the coolest gear on the planet and get to have fun turning people's dreams into reality!
