At Arca+, my primary role is architect and lead developer of the namesake product that converts legacy IVR code into modern code (VXML, Aspect CXP or Convergys IC). Of course, I also participate on the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

Skyepass is a new startup that's part of a disruptive movement in the tech sector to "Kill The Password." Our mobile app and enterprise solution uses multi-layered biometric technology to provide authentication as a service to both enterprise and consumer. Skyepass is answering the call from companies looking to curb the $200 billion wasted annually on.

At TWC, We were consolidating all divisions' telecommunications throughout the organization onto one corporate system.My main role was everything regarding the IVR systems - inbound apps, outbound apps, middle-tier connectivity, installing app servers, working on teams to address business owner needs, production troubleshooting and support, etc.

Architected and maintained the logical IVR environments for development, QA and production environments (I had to dive into some of the physical work, too). Architected the IVR product lines. Delivered custom IVR solutions for the Professional Services group.
