Temporarily moved to Texas to expand Fundbox in Dallas, Texas. I was one of seven that was selected and my role was to on-board and train Account Specialists. -Trained Account Specialists on best practices of a platform demo and selling the product (pricing, terms, different use cases, and how to manage their day-to-day)-As a part of the expansion team, we were tasked with re-structuring how accounts were distributed to reps. -Specifically, I was tasked with developing a follow-up call template that would take place after the customer had become an active user. I developed data driven questions so we could analyze usage of the platform. After two months, this was proven to drive more active customers over our competition.

The position of Account Manager at Fundbox was a hybrid of account management and a closing role similar to an Account Executive. The position required us to carry a quota which I exceeded every quarter as well as maintaining relationships with business owners to ensure they fully understood the product from pricing, terms, and repayment. During my time at this position, I had the opportunity to re-write scripts and help make the current sales process more efficient by participating in data/ marketing experiments and providing my feedback on how we could improve.

As an Onboarding Representative, I was the first point of contact that customers had. It was my responsibility to explain the onboarding process as well as guide customers through the application process. As a substitute teacher it was my job to provide a safe learning environment for students at the Jr High School Level.
