In charge of photography for the artifacts and fine art sold by the oldest running auction house in the world.Duties include/have included photography, scheduling/managing freelance teams, coordinating with the various departments in order to effectively meet sales deadlines, documenting auctions/sales events, retouching, color print proofing, managing all equipment and workflows, implementing workflows unique to every sale, and handling of fine art/historical artifacts.Every day I find myself fortunate that I get to personally engage with some of the worlds most important art and artifacts, my job is literally caring for the contents of a global museum and, it also allows me the opportunity to continue working on other client projects in my free time.

A fine art, commercial, and private comission collaboration between photographer Eric Vogel and Artist Constance Faulk.Constance & Eric focused on the unaddressed niche market of sexual wellness via fine art and commercial content creation alike.The company was built on grassroots activism based on our beliefs that health education should be comprehensive and universal. We intentionally positioned ourselves as a "heart first" brand creating a space where both the creative team and the client's brand could function in line with their ethics freely and without compromise. This allowed us and our clients to bolster our brand statements by way of mutual association. Given the specific market we served, from the onset our marketing was designed to be global. By reaching out to relevant media outlets we managed to have 56 web articles written about us, 21 print articles, in 18 languages, 3 solo art shows, 6 group shows, 1 museum acquisition, 2 podcasts, and even a 20 minute feature on ABC's "Nightline" resulting in measurable web engagement and subsequent bookings.By actively participating in the fine art community, private commission world, and commercial markets equally, we were able to successfully work under a brand that did not compromise it's ethics, and attracted clients who wished to function in the same manner of integrity.

Shoot Digital was an early pioneer in the emerging digital photography revolution. As capture department manager in the early 2000's I was largely responsible for integrating new technologies into the workflows of both clients and photographers alike.The early stages of digital photography was largely an unreliable experiment, through vigorous testing, real world experience, and close feedback/product testing relationships with many software and equipment companies, my team was directly responsible for many of the protocols and workflows used on productions across the world still to this day.I amicably resigned my position in order to focus all of my time and energy on my own clients.

After school I moved to NYC and assisted all manner of photographers gaining experience in every aspect of photo production from the ground up.Responsibilities included on set assisting, pre and post production, film processing, scanning, and darkroom printing, digital printing, booking crew/talent, location scouting, client relations, retouching, travel arrangements, U.S./international customs compliance, and basically whatever was needed.I've had the pleasure of learning from the most recognized names in the industry and struck out on my own carrying all those experiences with me.
