Manage the launch and operational support of multiple Wholesale partners within Sprint. Duties include project management, direct contact with wholesale partners, working across multiple Sprint organizations, and executive briefings.

I've held various titles while working at Sprint, however my roles haven't changed that much. They include an overall system support responsibility which entails some project management, providing requirements for projects, writing test cases and test steps, managing the testing of the test cases for my individual projects, as well as releases as a whole, executing test cases in both pre-production and in production after implementation, assisted with training and writing training documentation, and support to customers after implementation to troubleshoot post-implementation issues and assist with questions.
