Psychospiritual Institute offers a 150+ hour CCE accredited Psychosynthesis Life Coach & Leadership Certification Training programs year round as well as retreats and personalized coaching. My role is to manage all student inquiries during enrollment as well as throughout the entirety of the program, resolve any issues that arise in the process of onboarding new students, and act as a liaison between head mentors and students. I am the first point of contact when welcoming and onboarding new students into our 9-month certification program.

I support women in cultivating a deeper understanding of their bodies, pleasure, creativity, and unique sexual expression through inclusive sexual education, somatic practices and techniques, and deep self-reflection and inquiry.

In charge of welcoming/checking in and checking out guests while informing them of services we provide and directing guests as needed for outside activities and local attractions. Responsible for answering and directing incoming/outgoing calls and troubleshooting any issues with bookings that may arise while responding to guest queries and requests both in person and by phone. Making and confirming reservations for guests including confirmation of relevant guest information and proper room allocation. Acted as a liaison with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests. Booked attractions with third party companies for guests including snorkelling/diving, kayaking, whale watching, boat tours, skydiving, buses to further their travels, etc. Verify and charge guest payments directly or via booking.com, hostelworld, agoda, yha.com, etc. while maintaining clear and accurate records of guest room bookings via computer.
