• Work with the Scrum Master and team members to test software applications for colleagues to use in their daily duties• Create test plans to ensure that test cases provide a satisfactory level of coverage• Test new features as they are developed within existing applications. Participate in planning and development discussions• Test bug fixes as they are developed• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of changes• Contribute to the Test Strategy and ensure that our testing approaches are achieving the strategy's goals• Contribute to implementing and adhering to Ryman Healthcare Test Automation Frameworks and practices• Practice Scrum Methodologies as part of the team. Working for the Rollout team to support managed upgrades to clients• Maintaining existing test suites• Analyse current system behaviour and make sure it is in line with the user requirements• Ensure bugs fixes are in place and properly tested. Track incident and change details in an issue tracker application like JIRA• Interpretation and execution of application testing, functional and integration tests, Organize and perform disaster recovery testsWorking for the Feature team to support the release of new features• Preparing, designing, and executing test plans along with all other aspects of software testing• Participate in the architecture and design of the feature early in the development cycle• Analysis of User Stories, extraction, and clarification of acceptance criteria at Product Backlog Grooming meetings• Setup and create automation testing framework• Develop testing strategies and generate testing cases (Selenium, API) to perform automated test cycle• Creation of Test Summary reports and present quality status to management and executive teams• Work closely with non-technical peers and senior management to promote successful delivery of products and services
