As a Client Manager for 7Eagle Group, I use my active listening and extensive experience to help veterans make the transition from the military to the civilian work sector. I have over 20 years of experience in recruiting, including 17.5 years as a nationally recognized Professional Recruiter with the Massachusetts Air National Guard, where I supported the recruitment and retention of over 2,000 personnel and then later with Pratt and Whitney in the aerospace industry. I am passionate about finding the right fit for each position, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented candidates from different backgrounds and perspectives. My personal mission is to contribute to the success and growth of veterans and help them to find the opportunities they need to excel in their second career.
