I have over 20 years of experience in recruiting, including 17.5 years as a nationally recognized Professional Recruiter with the Massachusetts Air National Guard, where I supported the recruitment and retention of over 2,000 personnel and then later with Pratt and Whitney in the aerospace industry. I am passionate about finding the right fit for each position, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented candidates from different backgrounds and perspectives.
