Recovery Analyst
Current- Formulate a new action plan after negotiating with clients to be reviewed with the SMEs and MVSEs Recovery Manager.- Reach an agreement with NPL clients on a plan that fits the company’s current capabilities and doesn’t conflict with the bank’s applicable guidelines for rescheduling or settlement.- Agree on a new repayment plan, either through rescheduling or settlement, based on the client's circumstances and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).- Prepare a presentation memo for management to obtain their approval.- Then, I was nominated by the department head to join the Analysis and Provisions MonitoringDepartment.- Preparing various reports required by Central Bank of Egypt.- Analyzing all reports and data related to Non-Performing Loans (NPL) clients.- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data from units related to Non-Performing Loans (NPL) clients,converting it into numerical format, and then submitting it to the Central Bank of Egypt.- Analyzing all data and linking it together, then submitting it to the Board of Directors to showcasethe results of the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) department.- Creating provisions for newly clients who have been categorized as non-performing.- Forming and Update provisions for all clients categorized as non-performing and ensuring there are no errors to protect our bank's rights.- Reviewing and analyzing letters of guarantee, ensuring there are no errors in these letters, and advising on their renewal or cancellation to protect the rights of our bank and our clients.- Creating quarterly presentations for top management to demonstrate the department. - Assigning the portfolio to external agencies.
