Under his direction, he launched a sales ambassador program that oversaw 5 sales resources and 2 summer interns. This foundation was an essential launch point for our company, that has provided us with a sales funnel playbook that is both repeatable and scalable. As COO, Ethan also oversaw a full-scale rebranding and overhaul of digital strategy. In doing so, he worked with various creative directors to develop consistent brand messaging, logo, and slogan and led the development of a brand-new website and a content-rich blog. Ethan also made analytics a key part of the Terreplenish strategy, building out a suite of analytics tools to measure KPI’s in marketing and conversion rate optimization to ensure accurate sales attribution modeling. This has enabled Terreplenish to make investment decisions and pivot strategically based on real world results. Along with the digital overhaul, he led a team of interns and digital strategists in the launch of a full-scale marketing plan that included print media, digital, and social advertising. This strategy has already had impressive ROI and has brought partnership interest from one of the topic organic e-retailers in the nation as well as, a potential multi-year distribution partnership in Colombia. Finally, Ethan was able to create multi-year financial forecast models that we will be able to leverage for years down the line. These models have given us insight into how our funding can be best utilized to yield growth, as well as a better understanding on what strategies yield the best margin.
