As Vice President, Ethan works directly in collaboration with the CEO, President, COO, CPO, and other Senior Leaders to implement the organization’s strategic plan and set/refine organization goals and objectives. The position is responsible for direct oversite of the client experience team. This team is responsible for project management (including grants, grant management, campaign plans), client management, and campaign execution. The Vice President is be responsible for the following activities.• Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure project success• Maintain awareness of all client relationships• Ensure client/project managers have the necessary resources and support to successfully implement projects• Initiate and develop relationships with key prospects to identify and meet their needs• Train client management and project management team• Oversee daily workflow of client experience team• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations• Establish, implement, and communicate strategic direction of the organization and client experience division• Develop and improve new and existing products and services• Formalize the campaign implementation plan• Assist client management team with contract negotiations• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities for existing clients• Develop, track, and communicate KPIs for client experience team• Clearly communicate expectations of each role/position in the client experience divisionThe Vice President also works with other Senior Team members to drive the following activities.• Develop projections and goals for the organization• Evaluate the overall success of the organization• Develop and implement quarterly and annual strategic goals• Make organization-wide financial decisions• Recruit, hire, and train management-level staff

As the Vice President of the Momentum Division at Grant Farm, Ethan is responsible for coordinating Grant Farm outreach initiatives to new and existing clients; developing, managing, and maintaining new business and program opportunities; and developing innovative funding, sales, and partnership pathways. Ethan is responsible for cultivating the business acceleration pathway for prospective and existing clients that accounts for public grants and incentives, credits, mentorship and training, Business Plan development and refinement, customer introduction and networking, and teaming relationships. As the Grant Farm program manager for the California Sustainable Energy Entrepreneurship Initiative (CalSEED), Ethan manages all reporting, application development, information session coordination, and the Fund Development campaign to secure ongoing capital and operations funding for the CalSEED Initiative.
