CurrentFocused on providing advanced technical expertise, leadership, GIS services, training, and support to County departments, staff, citizens and businesses. Also responsible for the management, oversight and advancement of the County’s Enterprise Geospatial Application Program by contributing to the enterprise architecture, design, administration, and maintenance of the County’s GIS Applications.Key Projects1. Imagery Acquisition Project 2019Technical Lead on the 2019 Imagery Acquisition Project1. Implementation, UAT, and Roll Out of the EagleView Pictomtery Oblique and Orthophoto Imagery Product into several line of business applications.2. Optimization and Caching of Imagery web services2. ArcGIS Enterprise ImplementationTechnical Lead on a major initiative comprising of 6 sub-projects:• ArcGIS Pro Implementation: Technical Implementation and Roll out of ArcGIS Pro to approximately70 different users.• ArcGIS Pro Migration: Facilitating the migration of desktop GIS workflows from ArcGIS Desktop toArcGIS Pro for all county desktop GIS Users. Migration of python scripting tools from version 2.7 to 3.x,conversion of MXD’s to APRX files, conversion of attribute assistant extension to attribute rules.• Geodatabase Upgrade: Upgrading of the County’s enterprise SDE environment from 10.4.1 to10.5.1• ArcGIS Server Upgrade: Upgrading of the County’s Standalone ArcGIS Server sites from 10.5.1 to10.7.1• Detailed Enterprise Design: Define a target state Architecture (conceptual and logical) for a web-based Enterprise Geographic Information System.• Portal Implementation: Implementation of ArcGIS Portal version 10.8.1 at the county and populationof data in the portal using a new web service conceptual model.
