Implementing Workday: Most challenging project ever! As part of the Global Implementation Team, I have certainly grown up in managing groups with different needs of a global company. After the implementatión of Workday (Recruitment, Core HR, Talent and Performance, Absence, Benefits & Reporting) I succesfully designed and delivered effective local training (home based and remote) and actively participated in workstreams with the global teams in Continuous Improvement of Workday in country. Taking advantage of the testing environment, always looking for efficiencies and simplification in process execution, I analysed and adapted global processes to local needs by removing unnecessary steps and adding new to comply with local legislation and due times.I was fully involved in the resolution of interfaces issues & enhancements between Workday and all other systems: HR (Taleo), Finance (Concur), IT (Web pages) and payroll (SAP) mainly due to process updates or system up-grades. At the same time I led the salesforce.com landing and training in country. In May 25th, 2018, the HR function was ready to comply with the GDPR (Global Data Privacy Regulation) adapting processes, tools and policies as required.
