Eva is the Head of Visual Communications at M-CO, leading a multidisciplinary design team to create the highest standard of work.Eva is a creatively driven and commercially focused designer. She has a wide range of skills which she utilises to create innovative communication tools and design outputs that add value to Client projects, as well as comprehensive experience in situational analysis, project management, team managemnet, design direction, brand development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Eva draws on her diverse experience across both public and private sectors to create strategic communications outputs that are people centred. She applies design thinking processes to investigate and define the communication challenge, and to deliver effective and impactful visual outputs. Critical to successful delivery is engaging clients and stakeholders in a collaborative approach, with outputs tailored to end user needs and motivations.

Eva worked as a graphic designer on branding and communications for government bodies, public and private limited companies and community and charity groups. She delivered bespoke communications for clients through engaging solutions in a print environment. Most notably Eva worked on the creation of the brand identity for Clayton Hotels and brand refresh for the Maldron Hotels. For these projects Eva created the brand mark, positioning statement and overall brand feel at various touch points.

Working as a freelance designer for just under a year. Splitting time between two studios. Fitting in and being a reliable, dependable and constant employee in teams of 5 to 100+ employees. Working on projects for clients such as Google, Lindt, Nestle, Mace and Coors Light.

Branding, Art Direction and Design.Design coordinator for all clothing elements and outputs from the marketing team, which had a global reach. Managed and coordinated advertising campaigns, photoshoots / styling, tradeshows, shop fit outs, displays, print collateral, timelines, new brand development, trade and consumer campaigns. I worked with the business managers and agents to create a brand presence and to ensure we were on trend and a global leader within the equine industry.While at Horseware I coordinated the marketing launch of a key high end brand which is now in its 7th successful season.
