The hotel remained at top position for two years. B) Quetta Serena & Faisalabad Serena were in financial losses and many operational and management issues; to achieve the desired financial results, the management bottlenecks which included union issues were addressed and corrected, with aggressive marketing and sales both the hotels started to gain in market coverage and became financially viable.
