Junaid Jamshed, almirah and cast & crew's Men and ladies accessories, like Laces, formal Laces, Ladies Hand Bags, embroidery materials, threads, all new packaging development of Men’s collections, Ladies Collections and Festive collection, and Trims etc.• Lead and manage timely and cost effective procurement processes as per the required specifications and quality standards through effective vendor management.• Responsible for new sourcing development.• Strategic supplier relationship management,• To ensure that the required accessories reaches the right place at right time.• Monitor Market Trends Analysis and product availability to pay the best price for required materials without sacrificing quality or delivery times.• Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company, • Making effective negotiations with strategic suppliers for obtaining competitive prices. • Conduct Meeting with vendors in order to strengthen institutional trust; understand market trends, introducing new products and resolve day to day issues. • Monitor Purchase requisitions and purchase order within stipulated time for timely delivery of ordered items. • Timely release of vendor’s Payments. • Obtaining quotations from suppliers, analyzing and evaluating these to make / recommend effective procurement decision.

• Management of yarn department, greige fabric department and dyed fabric department.• Updating of Inventory ERP solution software for knitting.• Manage the Issuance of yarn to Knitters as per knitting contract, receiving of Greige fabrics from knitters, issuance of Greige fabrics to Dyers in the forms of lot & allot unique lot no as per color & work orders , receiving of dyed fabrics from dyers & issuance of recd dyed fabrics lots to cutting department.• Supervision of daily reports such as yarn movement report, greige fabric movement report, dyed fabric reports.• Follow up the dyeing lots• Monitor and facilitate for timely release of payments to Knitters & Dyers• Preparation of final work order status report such as Knitter final status report, Dyer final status reports.

Objective:Ensure that inventory level of YARN is maintained at all time for smooth production.Responsibilities:•Manage all process of supplying Yarn to weaving facilities from Fabric weaving contract to Fabric Receiving.•Manage all process of Yarn warehouse from yarn receiving from Spinning Mills to Yarn delivery to Weaving Facilities. •Manage all outsourcing process of Fabrics.•Update Fabric order positions on daily basis.•Issuance of delivery order of warp and weft yarn to the weavers according to weaving contracts.•Preparation of daily yarn movement report for management.•Preparation of fabric receiving report for the fabrics received from weaver for management.•Preparation of final status report of fabric and yarn for management.
